🌍 About the Artisan: Clay artist Donny Walton grew up in Seagrove, NC in the studio of his parent’s pottery shop. As a teenager, he was known for his clay mythical figures and slab-built luminaries. Today he lives and works in Star, North Carolina and enjoys designing and making slab-built ornaments and trinket dishes. His work features elements from nature as well as hand drawn images pressed into clay ornaments.
