Where do you ship?
We ship domestically in the United States.
How long does shipping take?
In non-sale and non-peak times, our team will aim to fulfill your order within 2-5 business days but typically much sooner. Shipping times will vary depending on the shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days in NON-PEAK times. If you are having your items shipped to CA, OR, WA, or CO, we have found that shipping typically takes at least 5 business days in non-peak times. We do not use fulfillment centers, so all orders are shipped manually from our warehouse in Florida.
How do I track my order?
We will email you with a tracking number as soon as your item has been fulfilled by the Rookery Home team. You can use the tracking number to track your order's journey.
Do you offer free shipping?
We are currently offering free shipping within the USA for all orders over $150 before tax. We also offer special discount codes for discounted shipping on an intermittent basis. Our standard shipping rate for items under $150 will fluctuate based on trends with our shipping carriers and/or during peak shipping periods (e.g. Holidays). If you feel you have qualified for free shipping and were not offered this as an option at checkout, please reach out to customer service and we will work to remedy the situation.
Who is responsible for my items getting to me safely?
Once an order is placed, Rookery Home will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the item ordered, fulfilling the order in a timely manner, packaging the products safely so that they can be delivered without damage. However, once the package has been taken into the custody of the shipping courier, it is now the responsibility of the mail service selected to ensure the delivery of the package to the customer.
Rookery Home does not take any responsibility for the package once it has left the fulfillment premises and successfully scanned into the courier systems.
My package is missing, mishandled, or lost. What now?
Whether your order is missing in transit, has been marked as delivered (and you didn't receive it), or is damaged when you receive it, you can reach out to us directly at customerservice@rookeryhome.com or use the "Contact Us" form on our website concerning your order for the quickest service. We highly recommend doing this as soon as possible as there is a short window in which these claims can be approved by our shipping partners. We will coordinate refunding or re-shipping your order, if possible.
All goods are warehoused in the U.S. with import duties, tariffs, and international shipping fees already covered. Shipments originate in Florida.
